Dr. Timothy O’Rourke brings to Skagit Valley over 30 years experience providing loving, expert care in animal medicine, surgery and dentistry. His hospital is equipped with the latest advances in veterinary medicine, and he is one of the very few non-board certified surgeons that has been trained to perform the Tibial Plateau Leveling Operation or TPLO) by the Slocum Surgery Group, as well as numerous advanced surgical procedures.
